目的:研究食品中常见重金属的来源、危害及预防。方法:通过大量的研究资料和实验对比对目前最值得引起人们关注的铅镉汞等重金属的污染问题及预防措施进行分析研究。结果:通过大量资料对比及实验研究发现现代社会重金属的来源广泛、危害大,人们的预防意识亟待提高。结论:通过加强工业卫生环境治理和食品检验以及饮食调节等可以有效的预防重金属对人体的伤害。
Objective: To study the origin, harm and prevention of common heavy metals in food. Methods: Based on a large amount of research data and experiments, this paper analyzed and analyzed the pollution problems and preventive measures of heavy metals such as lead, cadmium and mercury which are the most worthy of attention at present. Results: Through a large number of data comparison and experimental study found that the modern society, a wide range of sources of heavy metals, great harm, people’s awareness of prevention needs to be improved. Conclusion: It can effectively prevent heavy metal injury to human body by strengthening industrial hygiene and environmental governance, food inspection and diet adjustment.
