民族复兴是新中国六十年历程的总体性价值目标,是国家意志、社会体制乃至文化机制、道德规范所着力体现的价值追求,是形成社会凝聚力的重要因素,是社会公共价值的基本内涵,因而也是新中国美术创作必然包含的重要内容。今天,民族复兴不仅是主流价值话语体系中的核心概念,更是当今普遍而自觉的基本精神诉求,美术创作如何更好地以自身的独特创造体现这种诉求,是当代美术创作必然思考的一个现实问题,也必然是评价当代美术创作的一个更高尺度。
