中等职业学校法律教育是德育的重要组成部分,加强职业学校法律教育对提高中职生素质非常重要。通过学习法律基础课的学习,培养学生的法律意识,增强学生的法律素养,让他们通过本门课的学习真正成为具有较高法律素质的公民,并为其将来依法从事职业活动打下基础。旨在通过数年来在职业学校从事法律教学的经验,分析中等职业学校法律教育中存在的问题,并提出相关解决对策。
Legal education in secondary vocational schools is an important part of moral education. It is very important to strengthen legal education in vocational schools to improve the quality of secondary vocational students. Through learning the basic course of law, students ’awareness of the law is raised, the students’ legal literacy is enhanced, so that they can truly become citizens with higher legal qualifications through this course and lay the foundation for their future professional activities according to law. Through years of experience in legal education in vocational schools, this paper analyzes the problems existing in legal education in secondary vocational schools and puts forward some countermeasures.
