西曲流行于以荆雍为中心的长江和汉水流域,刘宋以来荆雍等地的军事、政治、经济地位逐渐凸显。西曲的兴盛与荆雍势力的崛起有着密切的关系,出镇荆雍的皇子重臣热衷改制西曲,有与中央政权政治博弈之目的。
Western song popular in Jing-Yong as the center of the Yangtze River and Han River Basin, since the Liu Song Jing Yong and other places of military, political and economic status gradually highlights. The flourishing of the western song is closely related to the rise of the forces of Jing Yong. Out of the princes and ministers of Jing Yong, they are keen to reform the western song and have the purpose of political game with the central government.
