为贯彻和落实教育部《武术类课程教学指导纲要》的精神,即以“淡化套路、突出方法、强调应用”的原则推进高校武术教学改革。本研究采用实验法、调查分析法和文献资料法,对陕西理工学院体育教育专业武术必修课进行分组教改实验。结果表明:加大基础练习力度,重视提高练习方法,突出武术的实效性,能够有效地活跃课堂气氛,同时教学效果及学生的技能掌握情况均有显著改善。
In order to carry out and implement the spirit of the “Guiding Outline for Wushu Courses Teaching” issued by the Ministry of Education, the teaching reform of Wushu at colleges and universities should be propelled by the principle of “diluting routines, emphasizing methods and emphasizing application”. In this study, experiment, investigation and analysis and literature review were used to study the Wushu compulsory education in Shaanxi Institute of Technology. The results show that: the basic exercises are intensified, the practice methods are emphasized, the actual effect of Wushu is emphasized, the classroom atmosphere can be effectively activated, and the teaching effect and the mastery of skills of students are significantly improved.
