为了研究特低扬程双向立式泵装置的水动力特性,采用数值模拟与模型试验相结合的方法,分析了某特低扬程双向泵装置及过流部件在不同工况下的水动力特性。结果表明,该特低扬程双向立式泵装置及过流部件在设计工况时可获得较为理想的内、外特性;设计工况下泵装置的效率可达70%以上;最高扬程附近运行时,导叶叶道内出现流动分离等不良流态,转轮叶片工作面与背面压差较大,应避免在最高扬程附近运行。
In order to study the hydrodynamic characteristics of the ultra-low head vertical bi-directional vertical pump unit, the hydrodynamic characteristics of a special low lift bi-directional pump unit and overcurrent unit under different operating conditions were analyzed by a combination of numerical simulation and model test. The results show that the extra low head vertical bi-directional vertical pump and overcurrent components can obtain ideal internal and external characteristics under design conditions; the efficiency of the pump device can reach more than 70% under the design conditions; , Guide vanes flow separation flow and other poor flow, runner blade surface and the back of a larger pressure, should be avoided in the vicinity of the highest lift operation.
