3月5日,国家计委下发了调价通知,全国各中心城市平均汽油零售中准价由每吨3422元调整为3632元,比上月上调210元/吨;柴油零售中准价由每吨2986元调整为2941元,比上月下调45元/吨;石油、石化两大集团在此基础上上浮5％执行(乌市上浮3％、伊犁上浮4%)。批发价按在零售价基础上倒扣5.5％的批零差率执行。通知规定3月6日起执行新价。2月26日至3月13日,新加坡市场汽、柴油累计平均价格分别为31.20美元/桶和26.78美元/桶,预计近期油价仍将在此附近上下波动。据此测算,2001年4月我国汽、柴油零售中准价将比上月略有下调。
March 5, the State Development Planning Commission issued a price adjustment notice, the average retail price of all central cities in the country from 3,422 yuan per ton adjusted to 3632 yuan, up 210 yuan / ton last month; diesel retail price by Ton 2986 yuan to 2941 yuan, down 45 yuan / ton from the previous month; oil, petrochemical two groups on the basis of floating 5% implementation (3% in Urumqi, Ili floating 4%). Wholesale price is based on the retail price of 5.5% on the basis of wholesale and retail price difference implementation. The notice provides March 6 implementation of the new price. From February 26 to March 13, the cumulative average prices of gasoline and diesel in Singapore market were 31.20 U.S. dollars / barrel and 26.78 U.S. dollars / barrel respectively. It is estimated that oil prices will still fluctuate nearby in the near future. Based on this calculation, in April 2001 China’s auto, diesel retail price will be slightly lower than the previous month.
