素质教育的深化使音乐课程在教学中的地位得到提升,在教学方式改革以及课程安排上都有所侧重。小学音乐课程是学习音乐的基础,所以在小学音乐课程中更应该注重学生学习方法的培养。激励性原则是素质教育中的基本原则之一,同时也是小学音乐教学中的主要原则。在小学音乐教学中教师合理的采用激励性原则能够有效激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生学习的能力,从而提高教学效率。
The deepening of the quality education makes the music course in the teaching the status has been promoted, in the teaching method reform and the curriculum arrangement all has the emphasis. Primary music course is the basis of learning music, so in the primary music course should pay more attention to the cultivation of student learning methods. Incentive principle is one of the basic principles of quality education, but also the primary principle in primary school music teaching. In the elementary music teaching, teachers ’reasonable use of the principle of motivation can effectively stimulate students’ interest in learning and develop the ability of students to learn, so as to improve teaching efficiency.
