上世纪五十年代开始,随着世界经济的繁荣发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,人们思想观念空前解放,价值观日益多元。尤其是勃兴于60年代的性革命,对人们原来的婚姻家庭观造成了巨大的冲击和重塑。婚姻在人们眼中可以视为谋取利益的工具,以拆迁安置补偿政策为代表的一系列公共政策实施后引发了“假离婚”的潮流,此种现象是不健康的,不仅危害到了社会公平正义观,破坏了社会秩序的稳定,引发了一连串的纠纷,与此同时也给我们的婚姻家庭法律带来了挑战。
