目的:研究山葛降脂分散片对喂食高脂饲料大鼠脂代谢的影响。方法:大鼠随机分组后,正常对照组大鼠饲以普通饲料,模型组大鼠饲以高脂饲料,该两组ig同容积的生理盐水,给药各剂量组大鼠ig给药并喂饲高脂饲料,于给药后14 d和28 d采血,检测血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白-AI(apo-AI)、载脂蛋白-B(apo-B),并计算LDL-C/HDL-C、apo-B/apo-AI的比值,评价山葛降脂分散片对喂饲高脂饲料大鼠血脂代谢的影响。结果:山葛降脂分散片呈剂量、时间依赖性显著降低喂饲高脂饲料大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C、apo-B,显著升高HDL-C、apo-AI,并呈剂量、时间依赖性显著降低LDL-C/HDL-C、apo-B/apo-AI的比值。结论:山葛降脂分散片对喂饲高脂饲料大鼠具有显著调节脂代谢的作用。
