本文首次提出并应用高效液相色谱法研究增敏型胶束配合物。用反相十八烷基硅烷键合相(ODS)柱和含有TBA~+的CH_3OH/THF/水三元流动相成功地分离了铜、铁、镍、钴的3,5-diBr-PADAP-Trition X-100胶束增敏配合物。对配合物自色谱柱流出的加速作用为THF>CH_3CN>EtOH。TBA~+与配合物的吸引作用为[Co(L)_3]~->[Ni(L)_2]~0~[Fe(L)_3]~0>[Cu(L)]~+。被增敏的配合物转入流动相中仍保持增敏状态。建立了连续测定μg/L级铜等四种元素的HPLC-光度法。
In this paper, we first proposed and applied high performance liquid chromatography to study the sensitized micellar complexes. The 3,5-diBr-PADAP-PADAP was successfully separated from the reversed-phase octadecylsilane-bonded phase (ODS) column and the ternary mobile phase of CH_3OH / THF / Trition X-100 micellar sensitizing complex. The accelerating effect of the complex outflow from the column is THF> CH_3CN> EtOH. The attraction of TBA ~ + to the complex is [Co (L) 3] ~> [Ni (L) 2] ~ 0 ~ [Fe (L) 3] ~ 0> [Cu (L)] ~ +. Sensitized complex transferred to the mobile phase still remain sensitized state. The HPLC-spectrophotometry was established for the continuous determination of four elements (μg / L copper).
