伪证罪是我国刑法规定的妨害司法罪的一种,在司法实践中多有发生。对于我国刑法关于伪证罪的规定在理解和实践中仍存在一些问题。本文旨在对伪证罪的各个构成要件理解中存在的问题进行分析,以求对该罪有更深入的认识。
Perjury is a kind of obstruction of judicial offense stipulated in the criminal law of our country, and often occurs in judicial practice. There are still some problems in the understanding and practice of the provisions of criminal law on perjury in our country. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems existing in the comprehension of the various components of perjury in order to gain a better understanding of the crime.
