本文建立了测定炎痛喜康血药浓度的高效液相色谱法。酸化的血浆用乙醚5ml提取,以1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚为内标,提取溶剂吹干后用甲醇溶解进样。所用固定相为多孔硅胶-氰基(10μm),流动相为pH3的甲醇-0.1mol/L磷酸二氢钾(45∶55)。本法测得样品的最低检测限为2ng;最低检测浓度为50ng/ml(S/N>2),线性范围为0.2~10μg/ml。方法的平均相对回收率为99.5%,日内与日间精密度的变异系数均小于5%。
