对准分于激光光学屈光性角膜切削术（PRK）术后随访1年以上的病例，观察和统计分析术后眼压测量值减低的情况。随机抽样156眼，平均年龄30．28．65岁，术前平均眼压2．37kPa，按等值球镜屈光度分为3组统计分析术后眼压。PRK术后1年时平均眼压1．45kPa，较术前减低了0．92kPa有统计学意义。PRK手术后眼压测量值较术前明显减低，在术后6月后趋于稳定。术后1年时眼压测量值与术前近视屈光度成反比关系。
Alignment in laser photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) after a follow-up of more than 1 year cases, observation and statistical analysis of postoperative IOP measurement decreased. A total of 156 eyes were randomly selected. The mean age was 30.28.65 years. The average preoperative intraocular pressure was 2.37 kPa. The intraocular pressure (IOP) was divided into three groups according to the spherical refraction. PRK 1 year after the average intraocular pressure 1.45kPa, compared with preoperative reduced by 0.92kPa statistically significant. The intraocular pressure (IOP) measured after PRK operation was significantly lower than that before operation, and stabilized after 6 months. The intraocular pressure measurement at 1 year after surgery was inversely proportional to the preoperative myopia diopter.
