The advent of the risk society makes the private enterprise business risk is increasing, in the current economic conditions in China, in order to encourage the development of private enterprises and reduce the occurrence of crime, the criminal risk prevention and control in the private enterprise compliance work is essential. This paper discusses the reasons for the high risk of private enterprises, the crisis of criminal law in the governance of private enterprises, and the response ideas by analyzing private enterprises.
