自20世纪90年代实行“双向选择”以来,因为可以自主择业,大学生就业问题渐渐进入了人们的视野。2l世纪,高校扩招的结果摆在了人们面前,大学毕业生的数量迅速增加,就业压力与日俱增,“大学生”就业越来越成为教育主管部门,高等院校,成千上万的家庭存在的主要问题,甚至成为影响社会稳定的一大因素。尽管中央和地方政府和教育部门已经采取了鼓励和引导大学生就业的政策,鼓励毕业生创业,面对西部和基层就业,高校加强开设就业指导课程,开展创业教育、扩大就业市场,举办校园招聘会。虽然从一定程度上,提高大学毕业生的就业,但大学生就业问题似乎并没有从根本上破解。大学生就业仍然存在愿景与现实之间的冲突。本文从教育经济学的角度,对其进行了分析并提出了一些对策。
