[目的]分析疏花婆婆纳中的化学成分,为婆婆纳属植物资源的综合开发利用提供参考。[方法]采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对疏花婆婆纳挥发油化学成分进行分析。[结果]在疏花婆婆纳挥发油中共鉴定出49种化合物,占总挥发油量的92.827%,其中相对含量超过1%的有17种,含量相对较高的有各种烷烃、十六烷酸(8.236%)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(4.865%)、亚麻酸甲酯(2.421%)和肉豆蔻酸(1.067%)等。[结论]婆婆纳属植物中的挥发油可以作为精细化工的工业原料。
[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the chemical constituents of Spartina Napa and provide references for the comprehensive development and utilization of Sapium spp. Resources. [Method] Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and the chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Spartina Preparata were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. [Result] A total of 49 compounds were identified in the essential oil of Spartina alterniflora, accounting for 92.827% of the total volatile oil, of which 17 species contained more than 1% of the relative content. There were various alkanes and palmitic acids 8.236%), dibutyl phthalate (4.865%), methyl linolenate (2.421%) and myristic acid (1.067%). [Conclusion] Volatile oil from Meadardium can be used as industrial raw material for fine chemical industry.
