文化部电影局局长石方禹把电影制片和电影发行两条战线喻为一只鸟的两支翅膀,这是非常深动形象的,可是过去由于种种原因,至使这两支翅膀未能协调搧动,中国电影这只鸟也未能翱翔高空。在城市改革工作不断取得可喜成绩的新形势下,为了使电影这只鸟的两只翅膀连为一体,展翅高飞,最近西安电影制片厂、上海电影制片厂和广西电影制片厂相继召开了制片和发行两条战线有关同志参加的座谈会,编剧、导演、演员、制片、洗印、发行和宣传等部门的同志聚集一堂,共同探讨如何提高影片的美学价值和票房价位。会上,这些厂的厂长和编、导、演向大家介绍了他们近几年来的生产情况,虚心听取各省电影发行公司与会代表的意见,双方挚诚相见,交流信息,分析观众,气氛异常活跃,一扫过去几十年来那种“互不关照”的闭塞局面,展现出了电影工作两条战线上的团结协作的新局面。
