阴茎持续勃起文献报告多在10天以内,我们诊治一例白血病所致阴茎异常勃起25天以上,现报告如下: 患者,男,23岁,已婚。因患慢性粒细胞性白血病3年伴阴茎异常勃起25天入院。1年前曾发生过阴茎异常勃起3次,每次持续时间在3～4小时,未经任何处理自行缓解。本次阴茎异常勃起持续25天不能缓解。自觉阴茎胀痛,排尿不畅而就诊。查体:一般情况尚可,皮肤粘膜苍白。阴茎强度勃起,表面呈暗红色,未见曲张的静脉,包皮轻度水肿。触之皮肤温度较低,阴茎海绵体坚硬,有明显的触痛。阴茎背动脉搏动存在。阴茎长12.5cm,周径11.5cm。

Penile dorsal pulsation exists. Penis length 12.5cm, circumference 11.5cm.
