目的:改进水中铝的测定方法。方法:用乙酸—乙酸钠缓冲体系代替乙二胺缓冲体系,用标准样品验证方法的可靠性,对采用聚合氯化铝作混凝剂的水样进行加酸加热加碱的预处理后,再用乙酸—乙酸钠缓冲体系测定。结果:采用乙酸—乙酸钠缓冲体系测定标准样品,结果在标准样品给定值范围内,经过预处理后的水样其测定结果明显高于未处理就测定的结果。结论:采用乙酸—乙酸钠缓冲体系测定铝,结果准确可靠,试剂配制简便易行而且安全,采用聚合氯化铝作混凝剂时,将水样进行加酸加热加碱的预处理才能准确测定水中铝的含量。
