自改革开放以来,双流地方经济步入飞速发展的轨道,全县国民生产总值连续几年执蜀中牛耳,成为天府之国一颗璀璨明珠。双流县国土局作为政府的职能部门,代表政府行使对土地管理的各项职能。我局坚持贯彻执行“十分珍惜和合理利用每寸土地,切实保护耕地”的基本国策,认真分析县情,按照《中华人民共和国土地管理法》和《四川省土地管理实施办法》的规定,在建设用地的管理、土地监察执法、“三无”乡镇的争创、开源节流以及土地使用制度的改革等方面取得了比较显著的成效,每年均被评为成都市国土系统先进单位。1993年获得国家土地局三等奖,1992年荣获全省第一次土地调查成果一等奖,1994年获局级科技进步一等奖。土地使用制度的改革,土地市场的完善,是我们国土工作的核心。近年来我局积极探索土地使用制度改革路子,在处理“资产”与“资源”的关系方面走出了一条较成功的新路,在全省、全市同行中充当了先行者。
