一、概述 1985年4月14~18日,在美国华盛顿召开了第二届国际“水分与湿度”会议。水分(吸收或吸附态的水)和湿度(气态的水)是直接和间接通过气候因素对天然和合成产品的质量和成本,对绝大多数产品的化学、电学及细菌生存等特性,对产品的贮存寿命、节能和能源耗费,材料变质等各个方面发生极大地影响。因此水分、湿度的测量和控制在科研、工程设计和开发、气象研究、制造工艺、舒适控制、材料处理和贮存等许多方面是要首先加以考虑的问题。
I. Overview On April 14-18, 1985, the second International Conference on “Moisture and Humidity” was held in Washington, USA. Moisture (absorbed or adsorbed water) and humidity (gaseous water) are the qualities and costs of natural and synthetic products directly and indirectly through climatic factors, chemical, electrical, and bacterial survival characteristics of most products. The storage life, energy saving and energy consumption, material deterioration and other aspects have a great impact. Therefore, the measurement and control of moisture and humidity are the first issues to be considered in scientific research, engineering design and development, meteorological research, manufacturing processes, comfort control, material handling, and storage.
