企业并购,无论是对于我国社会经济发展还是企业整体效益的提高,都起着至关重要的作用。同样,企业并购有利于并购企业与被并购企业间资源的合理配置及有效管理,它是现代企业提升自身综合实力及市场竞争力的重要手段。然而目前,我国在企业并购的财务管理方面仍存在着诸多问题。本文针对于现代企业在企业并购财务管理过程中所出现的问题作出了一一阐述,并对及解决对策作出了详细的探究。
Mergers and acquisitions, both for social and economic development in our country or the improvement of the overall efficiency of enterprises, play a vital role. Similarly, M & A is conducive to the rational allocation and effective management of resources between M & A and M & A, and it is an important means for modern enterprises to enhance their overall strength and market competitiveness. However, at present, China still has many problems in the financial management of M & A. This article expounds the problems that the modern enterprises appear in the financial management process of M & A, and makes a detailed exploration of the countermeasures.
