目的:通过检测人类脑膜瘤中凋亡相关基因BAG-1的表达,以进一步了解脑膜瘤的生物学行为。方法:对158例脑膜瘤病理标本采用免疫组化SP法,直接检测BAG-1的表达情况。按染色强度和阳性范围评估免疫组化检测结果,分析BAG-1表达程度与脑膜瘤病理分级、瘤周水肿的相关关系。结果:同一WHO2007病理分级的各亚型以及Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级之间的各亚型,在BAG-1表达程度上无差异(P>0.05);病理分级Ⅰ级中的亚型与Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级中的亚型,在BAG-1表达程度上差别有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);随着WHO病理分级增高,脑膜瘤BAG-1表达的免疫组化评分逐渐下降(χ2=141.49,P<0.01);随着脑膜瘤BAG-1表达的免疫组化评分下降,脑膜瘤瘤周水肿程度加重(χ2=43.93,P<0.01)。结论:脑膜瘤BAG-1的表达与其WHO病理分级相关,BAG-1表达越低,其瘤周水肿越重。
Objective: To further understand the biological behavior of meningioma by detecting the expression of BAG-1 in human meningiomas. Methods: The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of BAG-1 in 158 cases of meningiomas. The results of immunohistochemistry were evaluated according to the staining intensity and the positive range, and the correlation between the expression of BAG-1 and the pathological grade of meningioma and peritumoral edema was analyzed. Results: There was no difference in the expression of BAG-1 between the subtypes of the same WHO2007 pathological grade and the subtypes of grade II and III (P> 0.05). The pathological grade Ⅰ, (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The immunohistochemical score of BAG-1 in meningioma gradually decreased with the increase of the WHO pathological grade (P <0.05 or P <0.01) χ2 = 141.49, P <0.01). As the immunohistochemical score of BAG-1 in meningioma decreased, the degree of peripheral edema of meningioma increased (χ2 = 43.93, P <0.01). Conclusion: The expression of BAG-1 in meningioma correlates with the WHO pathological grade. The lower the expression of BAG-1 is, the more severe the tumor is.
