职工中专自八十年代兴起至今,已为各个行业培养了大批急需的中等职业技术人才。可时至今日,职工中专却陷入了举步维艰的困境,职工中专面临着严重的生存危机。其主要表现有三:一是生源危机。许多学校没有新生,在校的学生越来越少,如黑河市现有职工中专校7所,1996年有3所学校的招生数不足5人,7所中专的招生总数仅是1995年的37%,各校生源严重不足。二是财经危机。职工中专
