分析了工频交流方波焊接电源在负载电流不对称时的工作状况,从理论上分析了此时变压器原端电流较负载电流对称时增加的原因,并给出了定量的数学关系.实验结果证实了这一分析的正确性.
The working condition of AC-DC square-wave welding power supply under asymmetrical load current is analyzed. The reason why the original current of the transformer is more symmetrical than the load current is theoretically analyzed and a quantitative mathematical relationship is given. The experimental results Confirmed the correctness of this analysis.
