玻璃钢管道是采用无碱玻璃布浸渍环氧——酚醛树脂,以卷压成型的方式,制成玻璃钢管。配上管接零件组成管道。其具有轻质、高强、耐温、耐腐等优良性能,可以代替耐酸不锈钢管及有色合金管,用来输送石油、无机酸、盐及一般有机物。目前正在石油、化工、冶金、农药等各个部门得到日益广泛的应用。目前我厂生产的管道规格:直径以2”、3”、4”为限,长度有1.8及5米两种。
FRP pipe is made of alkali-free glass cloth impregnated epoxy - phenolic resin, roll compression molding, made of glass steel pipe. Couple pipe fittings to form pipes. It has excellent properties such as light weight, high strength, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. It can replace acid-resistant stainless steel pipes and non-ferrous alloy pipes for the transportation of petroleum, inorganic acids, salts and general organic substances. Currently, it is increasingly used in various sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and pesticides. At present, the pipe specifications produced by our factory are: diameters are limited to 2”, 3”, and 4”, and lengths are 1.8 and 5 meters.
