加强干部队伍建设，提高广大干部特别是县处级以上青年干部的素质，关系到社会 主义事业的兴衰成败和国家的前途命运。文章对我省县处级以上青年干部的素质状况进行了 分析，认为我省县处级以上青年干部的基本素质从总体上说是好的，但由于种种原因，我省 一部分青年领导干部在政治素质、理论素质、思想作风素质、文化知识素质等方面还存在许 多问题和不足。文章在分析我省青年领导干部素质存在问题的基础上，探讨了我省青年领导 干部素质提高及培养的对策措施。
To strengthen the cadre ranks and improve the quality of cadres, especially young cadres above the county level, are related to the success or failure of the cause of socialism and the future and destiny of the country. The article analyzes the quality of youth cadres at and above the county level in our province, and believes that the basic quality of young cadres at the county level and above in our province is generally good. On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of the qualities of young leading cadres in our province, the article discusses the measures to improve the qualities of young leading cadres in our province.
