河北承德地处山区,素有“八山一水一分田”之说。山区面积占80%,农村电网覆盖承德地区总面积的98%。新一轮农网升级改造工程实施以来,承德农村电网供电可靠性大大提高,充足的电能启动了农村经济发展的引擎。电压稳了、电能足了,农副产品企业也如雨后春笋般逐渐发展起来。记者走访了平泉县的几个村庄,在这里,我们深切感受到农网升级改造工程给农民生活带来的新变化,一幅幅“美丽乡村”的画卷铺展开来。
