高度专业化的竞技运动离不开文化教育的支撑，从 ５０年代起我国优秀运动队 及其文化教育就如影随形，文化教育为竞技运动的发展作出了显著的贡献。在经济体 制变革的新形势下，源于旧体制的现行优秀运动队文化教育工作面临严峻的挑战。优 秀运动队文化教育机构应顺应教育多元化的趋势，重新确立自己的定位，重点发展基 础教育，高等教育部分则应实事求是，走联合、合作之路。
Highly specialized competitive sports can not be separated from the support of culture and education. Since the 1950s, our outstanding sports teams and their cultural education have made a significant contribution to the development of competitive sports. Under the new situation of economic system reform, the cultural and educational work of the current elite sports teams from the old system faces severe challenges.
