2004年参加工作至今,作为农村中学一线的英语教师,8年的英语教学工作,使我对农村的英语教学有了深刻的了解。经历了农村英语教学的兴衰成败过程。每次同学相见、每次英语教研活动,每次英语考试……大家谈论最多的话题就是农村英语太难教了,从新课程改革到现在平均分都不堪入目。难道这次英语新课程改革失败了吗?为什么城里的孩子英语好,而农村孩子的英语差呢?难道新课程只改革城里不改革农村吗?但是,如果我们细想一下的话,问题不在新课程,而在农村英语教师。
