政事关系是我国事业单位体制的核心关系。随着党的十四大关于建立社会主义市场经济新体制这一改革目标的确立,作为行政管理体制重要组成部分的事业管理体制已面临越来越严峻的挑战。重组政事关系是社会主义市场经济的客观要求。本文从整合政事关系的必要性,政事关系存在的问题及治理三个方面进行了探讨。
The relationship between politics and government is the core of the system of public institutions in our country. With the establishment of the party’s 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on the establishment of a new socialist market economy as the reform goal, as an important part of the administrative system, the career management system has been facing more and more serious challenges. The reorganization of political and government relations is an objective requirement of the socialist market economy. This article discusses the necessity of integrating the relationship between politics and government, the problems existing in the relationship between politics and government, and the governance.
