根据《事业单位国有资产管理暂行办法》规定,“事业单位应当对实物资产进行定期清查,做到账账、账卡、账实相符”。高校国有资产是高校开展各项工作的基本保障,也是衡量高校办学规模、水平的重要指标。所以,分析当前高校国有资产管理存在的问题,提出相应的对策来保障高校国有资产科学管理尤其重要。文章针对高校国有资产管理存在意识淡薄、认识缺失,管理不善、方式匮乏,盲目购置、缺乏效益,账实不清、流失严重,无形资产管理缺失等问题,提出健全体制、优化管理,强化监督、形成合力,优化配置、资源共享,监管无形资产、提高办学效益,清产核资、杜绝流失,注重绩效、重视考评等对策来加强高校国有资产管理水平。

In order to solve the problems of state-owned assets management in colleges and universities, such as lack of awareness, lack of understanding, poor management, lack of methods, blind purchase, lack of profit, unclear accounts, serious loss and lack of management of intangible assets, We should strengthen the management of state-owned assets in colleges and universities by forming synergies, optimizing allocation, sharing resources, regulating intangible assets, improving the efficiency of running schools, clearing away capital, eliminating losses, focusing on performance and attaching importance to evaluation.
