太平洋战争爆发是中美联合抗日的转折点。在中美关系出现的变与不变、大变与小变所产生的矛盾纠结中,史迪威事件堪称样版。随着近年来相关档案的解密和研究的不断深入,更凸显了事件主要当事人个人认知差异和性格矛盾在加剧事件冲突中所起的作用。本文以在蒋介石与史迪威之间起着纽带作用的何应钦作为研究重点,以探讨历史事件的主要当事人个人因素对历史事件演变的影响。
