随着档案事业的不断发展,档案向社会开放,档案馆作为档案史料的收藏管理中心、档案服务中心、编史修志的史料宝库,对公民进行爱国主义、革命传统教育阵地等功能日益凸显。尤其是档案载体和记载内容的原始性和唯一性,使之具有法律凭证作用的特点,更是受到社会大众的重视和关注。这不仅提高了档案馆的知名度,同时也提高了人们利用档案的意识。
With the continuous development of archives, the archives are open to the public. Archival archives serve as the collection and management center of archive historical materials, archive service centers, the historical treasury of historical records and the functions of patriotism and revolutionary traditional education for citizens. In particular, the original nature and uniqueness of the record carrier and the recorded content make it have the characteristics of a legal voucher, which is even more valued and concerned by the public. This not only improves the visibility of archives, but also enhances people’s awareness of the use of archives.
