教育的理想是使所有的学生接受适合于他们的教育。近年来,由于生源情况、专业学科、培养目标、社会需求、学生发展方向等各个环节都呈现出多样化特点,学生的学习兴趣和学习能力存在很大的差异,其表现在生理、心理、能力发展等诸多方面。但在目前教育教学班级授课制的制约下,学生差异几乎被忽略了。面对学生客观存在的差异,继续在教学中采用“一刀切”的教学方法,已不符合素质教育的要求。根据差异性原则提出的分层教学,是解决因材施教的个体性与班级授课制的集体性之间矛盾的有效途径。本文结合笔者的教学实践,探究和实施分层教学的方法,以满足多层次培养目标的需要,希望能促进教育的进一步发展。
The ideal of education is to have all students receive the education that suits them. In recent years, students have different learning interests and learning abilities because of students’ resources, professional disciplines, training objectives, social needs and direction of student development. The performance of students varies greatly in their physical, psychological and abilities Development and many other aspects. However, under the current teaching and teaching class system constraints, the student differences are almost ignored. In the face of the differences in the students’ objective existence, continuing to use “one-size-fits-all” teaching methods in teaching has failed to meet the requirements of quality education. The layered teaching proposed according to the principle of diversity is an effective way to solve the contradiction between the individuality of teaching students according to their aptitude and the collective teaching of class. Based on the author’s teaching practice, this article explores and implements the method of hierarchical teaching to meet the needs of multi-level training objectives and hopes to promote the further development of education.
