目的:观察中药天年饮对衰老大鼠皮质、海马抑制性氨基酸甘氨酸(Gly)含量的影响。方法:30只SD大鼠随机分为3组,正常组、衰老模型组和天年饮用药组,每组10只。D-半乳糖连续腹腔注射制作亚急性衰老的大鼠模型。采用高效毛细管电泳法检测各组大鼠大脑皮质、海马Gly的含量。结果:与正常大鼠比较,衰老大鼠皮质、海马Gly的含量明显下降(P<0.01);中药天年饮可明显提高衰老大鼠各脑区Gly的含量(天年饮用药组大鼠与模型组大鼠比较P<0.01)。结论:中药天年饮可改善衰老大鼠皮质、海马甘氨酸的代谢,具有延缓脑老化的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Tiannianyin on inhibitory amino acid glycine (Gly) content in the cortex and hippocampus of aging rats. Methods: Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups, normal group, aging model group and Tiannian drinking group, with 10 rats in each group. D-galactose continuous intraperitoneal injection of sub-acute aging rat model. The contents of Gly in cerebral cortex and hippocampus of rats in each group were detected by high performance capillary electrophoresis. Results: Compared with normal rats, the contents of Gly in cortex and hippocampus of aged rats were significantly decreased (P <0.01); Chinese medicine Tiannianyin could obviously increase the content of Gly in brain regions of aging rats The model group rats compared P <0.01). Conclusion: Chinese medicine Tiannianyin can improve the metabolism of glycine in the cortex and hippocampus of aging rats, and has the effect of delaying brain aging.
