关于钼的光度分析,已有若干报道,但用席夫碱类试剂光度法测定Mo(Ⅵ)尚未见报道,乙酰丙酮缩邻氨基苯酚(HAA-o-AP)是合成的一种新的席夫碱配体,已用于铜和镍的测定。本文研究了该试剂与Mo(Ⅵ)的显色反应,研究结果表明,在pH 5的微酸性介质中,Mo(Ⅵ)与HAA-o-AP形成1:3的黄绿色配合物,该配合物的最大吸收峰位于435nm,ε_(435)=9.6×10~3L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),Mo(Ⅵ)量在0~3.2μg·ml~(-1)范围内符合比耳定律,将该试剂用于钢样中微量钼的测定,结果满意。
There have been several reports on the photometric analysis of molybdenum. However, the determination of Mo (VI) by the Schiff base reagent has not been reported. HAA-o-AP is a new synthetic Fu ligand base, has been used for the determination of copper and nickel. In this paper, the color reaction of this reagent with Mo (Ⅵ) has been studied. The results show that Mo (Ⅵ) forms a 1: 3 yellow-green complex with HAA-o-AP in slightly acidic pH 5 media. The maximum absorption peak was at 435 nm and ε_ (435) = 9.6 × 10 ~ 3 L · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1) Beer’s law is obeyed within the range, and the reagent is used for the determination of trace molybdenum in steel samples with satisfactory results.
