公安警务保障是指与公安事业现状及其发展相适应、为公安警务服务的一切物质和非物质资源的合成,是公安警务得以开展的支持系统,是公安现代化建设的重要内容,也是发挥公安战斗力的根本条件和基础,它可以分作公安警务物质资源保障(财力、物力)和公安警务非物质资源保障(法律、政策、组织指挥、警力素质与构成等)。本文试以湖州市公安局南浔区分局成立三年来在解决警务保障方面的实践为例,讨论公安警务物质资源保障问题。一、现阶段公安警务物质资源保障方面存在的问题我国的公安机关对应于国际上通称的警察机关,无疑是一种国家机器。《人民警察法》第三十七条

I.
