“如今这样的形势下,我们到底是该买一手房好,还是二手房好?”以上这个问题是记者同时也包括许多业内人士经常被询问到的一个问题,当然也肯定是现阶段许多购房者所非常关注的一个话题。在今年房博会上多家调查机构问卷调查之后得出的结论是:在购房者中,认为选择购买一手房或者二手房两者皆可的人数,占到了总数的70%左右。可见大部分购房者在下单之前都要面对这一问题。事实上,要回答这个问题并不简单,因为这涉及到:购房者本身的需求、有可能购买的一手房或者二手房本身的各方面情况,以及对未来市场状况的预期。说得简单点就是:什么样的人要买什么样的房子。要相互比较的是什么样的一手房还是二手房,以及对于今后房价走势的判断是看跌,还是看涨。在我们一一确定上述的各项因素之前,我们首先来分析一下,现阶段,购买一手房或者二手房分别存在的优劣势。
