目的建立消毒液和卫生护理用品中对氯间二甲苯酚(PCMX)的气相色谱测定方法。方法样品经乙醇超声提取20 min后,放置30 min,经0.20μm滤膜过滤后进样1μl,采用CP-Sil 8 CB毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm,美国VARIAN公司)分离,FID进行检测。结果对氯间二甲苯酚在0.05 mg/ml~0.60 mg/ml范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998)。方法的最低检出浓度为0.5μg/ml,相对标准偏差为1.96%,样品加标回收率在90.2%~98.3%之间。结论经过实验证明本方法操作简便、灵敏高、准确好,适合消毒液和卫生护理用品中对氯间二甲苯酚的测定。
Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of p-xylenol (PCMX) in disinfectant and hygiene products. Methods After the samples were extracted by ethanol for 20 min, they were filtered for 30 min and filtered through a 0.20 μm membrane, and then injected into a 1 μl tube. The separation was performed on a CP-Sil 8 CB capillary column (30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 μm, VARIAN, USA) Test. Results There was a good linear relationship between p-xylenol and peak area in the range of 0.05 mg / ml ~ 0.60 mg / ml (r = 0.9998). The minimum detectable concentration of the method was 0.5 μg / ml with the relative standard deviation of 1.96%. The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 90.2% to 98.3%. Conclusion The experiment proved that the method is simple, sensitive, accurate and suitable for the determination of p-xylenol in disinfectant and hygiene products.
