目的:观察鲑鱼降钙素及碳酸钙结合益元坚骨汤治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:120例患者随机分为2组各60例。对照组采用鲑鱼降钙素及碳酸钙治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,给予自拟益元坚骨汤。疗程均为3月。观察腰椎(L2~L)4、股骨颈、股骨粗隆骨密度(BMD)及骨代谢生化指标:血清钙(S-Ca)、血清磷(S-P)、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、24h尿钙(U-Ca)。结果:2组治疗后BMD均提高,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后比较,股骨粗隆BMD差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),但L2~L4及股骨颈BMD差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后U-Ca、ALP明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后ALP比较,差异也有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组临床控制率为53.3%,总有效率为98.3%,对照组分别为31.7%和86.7%,2组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:鲑鱼降钙素及碳酸钙结合益元坚骨汤治疗骨质疏松症,有利于类骨质骨化,从而有效增加骨密度,显著改善临床症状,无明显毒副作用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of salmon calcitonin and calcium carbonate combined with Yiyuan Jiangan Decoction in the treatment of osteoporosis. Methods: 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups of 60 cases. The control group was treated with salmon calcitonin and calcium carbonate. The treatment group was given self-made Yiyuan Jiangu decoction on the basis of the control group. Treatment are March. The lumbar spine (L2 ~ L) 4, femoral neck, femoral trochanter bone mineral density (BMD) and biochemical markers of bone metabolism were observed: serum Ca, Urinary Calcium (U-Ca). Results: The BMD of both groups increased after treatment, with significant difference compared with those before treatment (P <0.05). There was significant difference in BMD of femoral tuberosity between two groups after treatment (P <0.05), but L2 ~ L4 and femoral neck BMD difference was not significant (P> 0.05). The levels of U-Ca and ALP in the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment, which were significantly different from those before treatment (P <0.05). There was also significant difference in ALP between the two groups after treatment (P <0.05). The clinical control rate was 53.3% in the treatment group and the total effective rate was 98.3% in the control group and 31.7% and 86.7% in the control group respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Salmon calcitonin and calcium carbonate combined with Yiyuan Jiangan Decoction in the treatment of osteoporosis is beneficial to osteoid ossification, thus effectively increasing bone mineral density and significantly improving clinical symptoms with no obvious side effects.
