目的:考察雷公藤内酯醇的最佳提取工艺,为临床应用剂型研究提供科学数据。方法:采用L_9(3~4)正交试验设计考察溶剂浓度、乙醇溶剂用量、回流提取次数、回流提取时间,通过高效液相色谱法测定雷公藤内酯醇含量,浸膏得率和评价指标等综合评价确定最佳提取工艺。结果:用65%的乙醇回流提取3次,每次加入5倍量,每次1 h为提取雷公藤中雷公藤内酯醇的最佳工艺,其中回流次数是主要影响因素。结论:提取方法可行。
Objective: To investigate the optimal extraction process of triptolide and provide scientific data for the clinical application of dosage forms. Methods: The orthogonal design of L_9 (3-4) was used to study the concentration of solvent, the amount of ethanol solvent, the number of times of reflux extraction and the time of reflux extraction. The content of triptolide, extraction yield and evaluation indexes were determined by high performance liquid chromatography Comprehensive evaluation to determine the best extraction process. Results: The best extraction process of triptolide in Tripterygium wilfordii was extracted three times with 65% ethanol and 5 times each time, and the number of reflux was the main factor. Conclusion: The extraction method is feasible.
