黑龙江省是世界上最大、也是最重要的粳稻生产区,黑龙江省寒地粳稻有广阔的发展空间。其种植面积和总产量分别由2003年的129.5万hm2、84.3亿kg,发展到2010年的296.5万hm2、184.4亿kg。黑龙江省粳稻未来发展,必须考虑相关的政策和规划背景。本文分析解读了国家各项相关政策,并对黑龙江寒地粳稻生产发展形势作出展望。
Heilongjiang Province is the largest and most important production area for japonica rice in the world. Heilongjiang Province has a vast space for development of cold-blooded rice. Its acreage and total output increased from 1,295,000 hm 2 and 843 million kg in 2003 to 2,965,000 hm 2 and 184,440 million kg in 2010 respectively. Heilongjiang Province, the future development of japonica rice, we must consider the relevant policy and planning background. This article analyzes and interprets all the relevant national policies and makes a forecast on the development of winter rice production in Heilongjiang.
