舞蹈教学属艺术教育、情感教育,也是美育的一个重要组成部分,在素质教育中舞蹈艺术对促进学生全面发展具有不可替代的作用。本文笔者结合自己的教学经验,主要从建立民主和谐的新型师生关系,充分发挥学生的学习积极性;完善教师专业知识结构,提高教师的教学水平;主抓训练和乐感,提高学生的舞蹈表演能力;运用现代化教学手段,提高舞蹈教学质量;改革专业管理模式,优化考核方式,提高学生的舞蹈整体素质;重视实践教学,将学生培养成实用型人才六方面就如何搞好高校舞蹈教学进行了具体分析。
