投资增长是经济增长的主要动力,没有投资增长,经济不可能保持一定增长,各国经济发展的历程充分证明了这一点。湖南省经济处于非常时期,实现经济增长与结构转换,投资的力量不可忽视。本文拟通过对湖南省投资变动趋势的分析,在实证的基础上提出湖南省支持经济增长的投资管理政策,以实现经济的健康、持续发展。
Investment growth is the main driving force of economic growth. Without investment growth, it is impossible for the economy to maintain a certain growth. This has been fully proved by the course of economic development in various countries. The economy of Hunan Province is in an extraordinary period, realizing economic growth and structural transformation. The power of investment can not be ignored. Based on the analysis of the trend of investment in Hunan Province, this paper proposes the investment management policy of Hunan Province in support of economic growth on the basis of empirical study so as to realize the healthy and sustainable development of the economy.
