随着世界进入信息时代,广播事业得到了迅速发展,我国中波广播发送设备已走向全固态数字化。我台也于1999年从上海广播科学研究所购进了第一台10KW全固态数字调幅中波发射机作为新闻广播的主用发射机。于2002年又从陕西广播通讯设备厂(762厂)购进了第二台10KW全固态数字调幅中波发射机作为生活文艺广播的主用发射机。十年来,数字发射机也给我台技术人员带来了许多棘手的问题,但我们都克服了困难,查图纸、找资料,刻苦钻研,所有的故障都是由我们自己找到并排除的。同时我们也积累了一些数字发射机故障查找的方法,下面介绍几个实例和一些经验。
With the world entering the information age, the broadcasting industry has been rapidly developed. China’s medium-wave broadcasting and transmitting equipment has moved toward all-solid-state digitalization. In 1999, I also purchased the first 10KW all-solid-state digital amplitude modulation medium-wave transmitter from Shanghai Broadcasting Institute as the main transmitter of news broadcasting. In 2002, the second 10KW all-solid-state digital amplitude modulation medium-wave transmitter was purchased from Shaanxi Radio Communication Equipment Factory (762 Factory) as the main transmitter of life literary broadcasting. Over the past decade, digital transmitters have also brought many troublesome problems to our technicians. However, we have overcome the difficulties, searched drawings, searched for information, studied hard and all our faults have been discovered and eliminated by ourselves. At the same time we have also accumulated some digital transmitter fault finding methods, the following describes a few examples and some experience.
