5,6-二氯-2-甲基苯并咪唑(1)是重要的医药中间体,可以制取抗高血脂及抗动脉硬化用药[1],另外,此化合物在防治球虫病方面的应用也有所报道[2]。(1)可由3,4-二氯苯胺(2)经乙酰化和硝化得到4,5-二氯-2-硝基苯乙酰苯胺(3),然后经锌粉还原得到4,5-二氯-2-氨基苯胺(4),再与乙酸缩合得到,合成路线见图1。
