January 11, 2005, “China Assets Appraisal Association issued a legal consultant certificate ceremony ” held in Beijing. Yang Min, director of the Law Department of the Ministry of Finance, and Liu Ping, secretary general of the China Appraisal Association, attended the meeting and made speeches.
