讨论了磁化状态,冷变形量及回火温度对铁磁性恒弹合金的机械品质因数Q值的影响。采用半峰宽法计算试样的Q值。结果表明:磁饱和状态Q值最高,退磁状态Q值居中,剩磁状态Q值最低,Q值随冷变形量增加而升高。不同温度回火后,在某一回火温度Q值最大,且最大Q值所对应的回火温度随冷变形量增加逐渐向低温移动。同时研究了固溶温度对Q值的影响。
The effects of magnetization, cold deformation and tempering temperature on the mechanical quality factor Q of ferromagnetic NSC were discussed. The half-width method is used to calculate the Q value of the sample. The results show that the Q value of magnetic saturation is the highest, the Q value of demagnetization is centered, the Q value of remanence is the lowest, and the Q value increases with the increase of cold deformation. After tempering at different temperatures, the Q value at a certain tempering temperature is the maximum, and the tempering temperature corresponding to the maximum Q value gradually moves to a low temperature as the amount of cold deformation increases. At the same time, the effect of solution temperature on Q value was studied.
